Yoga and Trees!!

My recent yoga class reminded me that focus is key to balance. I am opening a new course July 1 for 9 steps to Enhanced Productivity !

Yoga and Trees

I attended my first outdoor yoga in a year… It was so lovely. We were doing the Tree pose and another pose where one really has to test their balance. The instructors tend to recommend that we look right at something that is not moving to help us focus and achieve the pose. I started looking at others that were wobbling like me and then I looked at a tree and focused and whola! I did it! It reminded me how when we focus on our values or priorities we tend to achieve more.

I am going to continue to focus on what is important to me and not look at what everyone else is doing. I am opening a new Productivity Bootcamp as I have had lots of requests on how to balance it all, feel confident and actually get something done. I love reading the neuroscience behind behaviors, habits and strategies. I also love walking with others as they learn these new tools and supporting them in my courses. There are always emotions when we learn, mainly we do not feel like we know enough and this leads to vulnerability. I am here to share that we are all wired to learn and grow. There will be emotions, that is OK, we learn that emotions change over time and can be incredibly contradictory. Did you ever feel excited and super scared at the same time? Let’s all focus on what is important to us, not get off balanced and wobbly by all that is happening around us and really fill our weeks with what matters to us most.

Sometimes life has a way of showing you things to give you that lovely “push” to get to a new level of understanding.

It feels amazing to have focus and a plan.

It feels peaceful to not be focused on what is important to others.
