Learning kicks up many emotions

Brains are made for learning yet still will give you lots of feelings while you learn.

Brains need extra support when they are learning.

Brains are already running your whole body, they are busy, please remember to give them extra support while you are learning.

Please give your brain:

  1. Time to day dream so your brain can file and sort all the new learnings of the day.

  2. Hydration

  3. Nutrition, brains run 24/7 please feed and water them!

  4. Sleep- sleep impacts our emotional regulation, thinking and perceptions to name a few!

  5. Connections, talk in real life (not text) with one human each day about something other than work

  6. Emotional awareness- list 3 emotions each day
