I took at HUGE risk!

I took at huge risk on a business Coach Training program with my money, time and attention and it PAID OFF!

Super exciting news here at Brain Fresh ™ LLC!!
I took a huge risk...
I signed up for this program called Hello 7 Business Coach training and I actually spent 2023 completing Business Coach trainings, observations, feedback, quizzes, projects and final exam.
What the heck... why did I put myself through uncomfortable growth?
Yes, it cost me money, part of me developing myself is that many times that means I realize what is valuable and pay for my growth and development. I am worth it and it is so fun to, and uncomfortable, to learn.

Because I am done with the current status quo.
The current status quo is inefficient to say the least, why it only develops and grows one of the genders and not all who graduated with the same degree and the same training?
Why are there not opportunities to keep learning when a doc is 50?
Why was a I told "It is too late for you" at 52?
I see a new day in medicine and professional development.
A day where we continue to grow and learn towards what is important to us and to use all of our gifts and strengths to their full potential.
We are done with stuck and unproductive!
We are done with I have to wait to be "chosen" for leadership opportunities.
We are done with waiting on others to determine our next steps for new excitement as a woman doc.
We are done with " I know nothing about business" so I can't start my won side hustle.
We are done thinking that the medical field will take care of us and our career goals.
We need to drive our own professional development according to our dreams, gifts and talents.
The day I realized that there was no map to follow and I get to create my path, what an exciting (and scary) day!

What a night!
I graduated with 81 Women Business Owners ready to lead more women in purpose driven businesses.
The room was full of excitement and gratitude.
I love walking with women docs as they unlock their ideas and start taking action to a tomorrow that is meaningful to them.
