Dr. Mary Rensel  is a 4x speaker at the National Congress of the American College of Healthcare Executives on the topic of the neuroscience of the leader and the team; team development, creativity, conflict and engagement. She has spoken internationally for IWIMS, the International Women in Multiple Sclerosis. She has presented her research and educated nationally on academic neurology. She has spoken on the topic of Women in Leadership and Professional development at national academic meetings for over 15 years. She has been a keynote speaker at  on The Neuroscience of Leadership Development and has directed workshops and retreats for various businesses focused on Team and Leader capacity, creativity and the sustainable wellbeing for the busy professional.

Professional Experience

Dr. Mary Rensel practiced Neuroimmunology, for over 30 years, and now brings her love of the brain to the workplace to help others find joy and purpose through brain curiosity. She has been featured on multiple media outlets including a spot on Good Morning America and the Moth Stage. She graduated from the Medical College of Ohio and completed her residency and fellowship training in Neurology at the Cleveland Clinic. She has been a “Best Doctor” of Cleveland since 2010 per the Cleveland Magazine. She has cared for children and adults living with Multiple Sclerosis and other related disorders, conducted research and built programs for wellbeing of the patients and healthcare providers. She is published in the field of Neuroimmunology, the neuroscience of teams and wellbeing in the workplace. She is a keynote speaker focused on the science and reality of team wellbeing. She is the Founder of Brain Fresh LLC, she uses brain science to help others find more professional joy and vitality. She is a local Councilwoman using her love of strategy, home and community in a new arena. 



Personal Experience

Dr. Mary Rensel is the mother of 4, nearly grown children, wife and Mom of 4 legged Leo who is perfect except for his horrible breath. She is passionate about using time for what truly matters to you and your family. She is a nature enthusiast as you will find her hiking and biking when she can in Cleveland, Ohio. She has personally seen the results of overworking and seeks to help professionals, at all stages, use brain curiosity to plan a life that is meaningful to them while truly using their full gifts and strengths and sharing them to create a better world. She serves on boards and committees  towards improving the status quo.
